Shrimp Check ("the App", "we", "us") is a non-commercial, personal hobby project provided free of charge for recreational, habit-building, and entertainment purposes only. The App sends automated notification reminders ("posture checks") across user-selected channels.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE ADVICE. Shrimp Check is not a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical condition, spinal condition, pain, or medical illness. All content, notification copy, movement suggestions, and uncurls are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Consult a qualified physician or physical therapist for medical advice regarding posture, ergonomics, or spinal health.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE DEVELOPERS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY PINGS OR EXERCISES.
Shrimp Check integrates with third-party platforms (including Slack, Discord, Telegram, Resend, and ntfy.sh). We are not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, or downtime of any third-party services.
