How it works

Step 1

Email, browser push, Discord DM, Slack webhooks, Telegram, and more. The shrimp finds you wherever you actually live.

Step 2

Set the envelope

Your hours, your intensity: Chill, Regular, or Drill Sergeant. We control the surprise; you cannot pre-slouch for a check you cannot predict.

Step 3

Answer honestly

“I'm vertical” 🧍 or “caught shrimping” 🦐: both count. Honesty builds your streak, vertical rate, and weekly report card.

Step 4

Get called out

Ignore a check and the shrimp follows up: maybe on a different channel. You left me on read in Discord, so now I am in your email.

Mode 1

🧘 Solo Play

Set your personal posture schedule envelope, choose your favorite persona voice (Classic, Coach, Drill Sergeant, Roommate, or Eldritch), and receive surprise posture pings across your preferred notification channels.

Mode 2

👥 Friending (Dial-a-Shrimp)

Exchange single-use consent invite links with your friends. Once linked, you can dial a posture check directly at each other whenever you catch a buddy slouching.

Mode 3

🦐 Squads

Form small groups (up to 8 members) with a shared majority quorum streak. Initiate simultaneous group raids where every unmuted squad member gets pinged at once.
